1. Initial Deposit
Once the initial deposit is made, it confirms your commitment to the project and our commitment to you. This deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your place in our schedule and covers the initial work and resources allocated to your project.
2. Project Commencement
The project will commence upon receipt of the initial deposit. We will work closely with you to gather all necessary information and requirements to begin the design process.
3. Cancellation Policy
Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the project after the initial deposit has been made, no refund will be issued for the deposit. You will not be billed for any additional work that has not been completed beyond the deposit amount.
Company-Initiated Cancellation: In rare circumstances, Vative Creative reserves the right to cancel the project due to unforeseen reasons. In such cases, a full refund of the initial deposit will be provided.
4. Project Delays
If you delay the project for any reason, please inform us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable accommodations to adjust our schedule. However, extensive delays may result in additional charges or the project being placed on hold.
If Vative Creative is responsible for any delays, we will communicate the reasons and provide a revised timeline.
5. Revisions and Approval
We offer an unlimited number of revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
Your timely feedback and approval are essential for the smooth progress of the project. Delayed feedback may impact the project timeline.
6. Final Payment
Upon completion of the project and your final approval, the remaining balance will be due. Full payment must be received before the final website is delivered or launched.
Failure to make the final payment within the agreed timeframe may result in the suspension or termination of the project.
7. Support
We offer a yearly maintenance (yearly cost is decided based on needs of your website) after the launch of your website. During this period, we will address any issues or bugs that arise at a flat rate each year.
